Talcher Thermal Power Project has participated in the Nationwide 21 days- seven theme-based Campaigning “Mission Life" on the eve of World Environment Day ‘2023.
One program based upon Healthy Lifestyle Theme was organized ON 24.05.2023 for Ladies, children, and GEM (Girls Empowerment Mission) participants at TTPS Field Hostel Multipurpose Hall. Executive Director Sh. Goutam Deb along with Smt. Bipasha Deb, President, Sagarika Ladies Club graced this inaugural special occasion.
Sh. Goutam Deb Executive Director & Head of The Project addressed the participants & deliberated about different aspects of healthy lifestyle and advised them to acquire integrated personality with sound health and mind adopting the absolute attitude, habit, & collective approach towards diet, discipline of self and care towards the Environment.
The topic of campaigning of the day based upon the theme Healthy Lifestyle was Balanced diet. Health & Hygiene. Dr Niranjan Sahoo, Ashalok Hospital has discoursed the different ways to maintain one’s metabolism constantly which provides body with energy for essential body functions like breathing and digestion. He emphasised to take diets enriched with protein and vitamins, Physical and rest the body as per requirement adopting discipline. He advised children do’ & don’t dos for sound health. He advised all to refrain from taking cold drinks, smoking and alcohols.
Apart from the participants, Sh. Chander Sekhar GM (CCD), Sh. Deepak GM(Engineering) & Sagarika Ladies Club Members, Employees of EMG Department, IT Department were also present. Program was successfully conducted under the guidance of Sh. Anjan Krishna Kamila, AGM (EMG).
